I love guacamole and chips and was trying to find a way to make it more healthy. I bake corn or flour tortilla chips in the oven and top them with a ripe mashed avocado. Really easy and delicious!
Corn or flour tortillas
Spice mixture – salt, pepper, cayenne red pepper, cumin or any spice to your liking
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray tortillas with cooking spray and cut in quarters or more, depending on the size you want. Sprinkle with spice mixture on one side. Bake in oven for about 10 minutes or until crisp. I usually flip them half way through cooking time.
This is ridiculously easy. I half an avocado and squeeze a little lemon on each along with a sprinkle of salt. I mash it right in the shell with a spoon or fork.
