This salad dressing is great on a salad with romaine, cabbage, carrots, red pepper and topped with crunchy chow mein noodles. It’s delicious!
2 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon very finely chopped peeled fresh ginger
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon sriracha sauce
In a small boy, whisk all ingredients. Keep refrigerated.
