1 cup orzo pasta
2 ½ cups chicken stock
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
4 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
Salt and pepper, to taste

Melt butter in a medium sized saucepan over medium heat. Once it melts add the orzo and cook Stirring constantly for about 3 to 4 minutes or until it develops a brown nutty color.

Add the chicken broth and bring it to a boil, reduce the heat to medium low and let it cook for about 10 to 15 minutes or until the orzo is fully cooked and the chicken stock has been absorbed.

Turn the heat off and add the cheese and parsley and season with salt and pepper.
